Business clients — relevant communications where you are working on a client engagement, with your knowledge as part of programme participation

Payment processors — Paystack, Stripe, or equivalent, processed directly by them under their own privacy policies

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers, primarily within or accessible from Nigeria and the European Economic Area. Our security measures include:

How Long We Keep Your Data

Programme records (applications, deliverables, cohort data): 5 years from the end of your last programme

Financial and payment records: 7 years, as required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations

Marketing subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or request deletion

Website analytics data: 26 months (anonymised)

Communications and enquiries: 3 years from last contact
After the relevant retention period, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
